Refunds & Returns
Wine247 is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with all products purchased using the Wine247 platform. Therefore, if a Seller makes an error by sending you an incorrect wine, or if you receive a damaged wine, please contact us immediately. We'll require you to provide your order number and explain the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will review the specific circumstances on an individual basis and make a determination promptly on whether the return request meets the acceptance criteria.
Should the Seller accept responsibility for the mixup or flaw, they may either exchange the bottle(s) or issue a refund for the applicable amount. However, a Seller may not approve your return after 14 days of you receiving your shipment.
You are only eligible for a refund or replacement if your shipment arrives damaged or ruined. However, this excludes damages caused by extreme temperatures.
To take advantage of your refund or replacement window, you must notify in written form Wine247 of your request and the reasons, therefore, within seventy-two (72) hours of your receipt of the shipment.
Wine247 may, on behalf of the Seller, require you to return damaged products in their original packaging, or may require you to send pictures or other means of providing visual evidence of the damaged goods.
The Seller reserves the right to reject your request for a refund or replacement if it cannot be verified that the product damage is eligible for a refund or replacement. Requests for replacements due to receiving incorrect wine or damaged wine may incur a return shipping charge.
All returned products must be in the received condition and not be opened. If the returned products do not meet the stated conditions, the products are different than those listed in the invoice, the products have been intentionally damaged, or damaged due to improper use, the Company reserves the right to deny the returning or refunding of products.
If you receive a shipment that contains the wrong product(s), you are eligible for a refund or replacement. But, you must notify the Seller of your request and the reasons therefore within seventy-two (72) hours of your receipt of the shipment. The Seller may only approve a request for a refund or replacement if the product(s) you receive differs from the Products listed on the order request. Also, the Seller may require you to return the wrong products in their original packaging.
Seller will reject any request for a refund or replacement due to your submission of an incorrect product on your order request.
If your reasons for return, refund, or replacement from those stated above, please consult the Seller's website for the Seller's policies and contact information. Please note that most Sellers will not accept return or refund requests based on price changes within the marketplace. Additionally, most Sellers will reject a return, refund, or replacement requests for damage caused by extreme temperatures.
After the Seller has considered and approved the returning of products, The Company will favor the exchange of the related products or give an order coupon for the respective amount to be used on the Site. However, it may happen that a refund is necessary. In that case, refunds will be processed accordingly:
- Payment made via credit or debit card will be refunded to your credit or debit account
- Payment made through cash-on-delivery will be refunded by transferring the amount to your bank account
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the product’s return to the Company
