Orders are processed as soon as they are received by the Sellers – first come first serve. Whether your order is received online, by phone or by email it will be processed promptly. Orders received after business hours are processed in the order they are received.
In the event that the Seller accepts your Order request, the Seller will deliver your order to the shipping address you provide. We recommend you provide a business or commercial address for the shipping address. The person receiving the delivery must be of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages according to your country's laws.
Please ensure you provide all shipping information and make sure they are accurate.
We ask for your mobile phone so that the delivery team of the Sellers can call you when they are on their way.
If the package cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided, additional fees or penalties may apply. You may consult the Seller's policies for further information.
Alternatively, most Sellers will offer you the option of picking up your purchase at the Seller's location. If you want to pick up your purchase directly from the Seller, contact Wine247 Customer Service for more information.
The Sellers offer uniform shipping prices to customers that submit Order requests through Wine247 Checkout. The standard shipping prices charged by Sellers are as follows, but may vary depending on the country and currency:
- One (1) to Twelve (12) Bottles: $12 Flat Rate
- Each additional increment of Twelve (12): additional $12 Flat Rate

Weather Impacts on Shipping
The Seller may have policies that will delay the shipment of your order for extreme weather conditions (i.e., hot or cold temperatures that could damage your order).
Some of our Sellers may delay the shipment of your wine during extreme weather conditions. These Sellers will inform Wine247 of the weather hold request, and Wine247 will contact the purchaser to confirm how to proceed.
The Seller may have an option that allows you to pay an additional cost for expedited shipping or ice packs. Otherwise, we recommend using the weather in your area as a guide when making a purchase and try to purchase at suitable times for shipment. If the weather is very hot or cold in your area and you may like to delay your shipment date, please contact Wine247 Customer Service here.
Bear in mind that most of our Sellers do not accept responsibility for wine damaged by weather.
